Mile Branch Promenade Winner chosen

FRANKLINTON, La. – The Mile Branch Settlement has chosen this year’s Promenade winners at the Washington Parish Free Fair.

This annual fair event has women from area nursing homes, Good Samaritan, Heritage Manor, and Resthaven dress in period clothing. The women are split into categories based on mobility.

The overall winner is Nellene Barber.
