David E. Duhon, a native and former resident of Bogalusa, La, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023 at the age of 61. David worked as an offshore boat Captain for over 20 years and enjoyed being home spending time with his two daughters and caring for his horses.  

David is survived by by his daughters, Tonya (Nicole) Duhon and Pamela Duhon. His sister Brenda Duhon, and brothers Jeff and Bobby Duhon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Duhon Jr and Wilda (Breland) Duhon; grandparents, Acie Breland and Ruby (Freeman) Breland of Bogalusa, La.
