Frankie Watson passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. He was 95.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Minnie Watson; his son, Frank “Buddy” Watson; his daughter, Ollie Jarreau; and his two brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Marion Toomer Watson of Bogalusa; his daughter, Margaret Inabinet of Arkansas; his stepson, Joseph Gardener of Poplarville, Miss.; his stepdaughters, Judy Saraceno of Bogalusa, and State Sen. Beth Mizell of Franklinton; and also survived by 15 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
