Jessie Marie Ezell Misita died Aug. 29, 2014, at Resthaven Living Center in Bogalusa at the age of 92.

She is survived by a son, Bubbie (Lesha) Misita of Bogalusa; daughter, Nelwyn Misita (Wayne) Thomas of Bogalusa; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Misita; a daughter, Margaret Misita Crane; three brothers, Walter, Lee and Bill Ezell; and sister, Eva Savoy.

Visitation began at 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, and ran until the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home. Interment followed in Ponemah Cemetery, with the Rev. Wayne Thomas and the Rev Robin Crane officiating.
