A Public Meeting of the BOGALUSA CITY COUNCIL will be held as follows:

                        Date: Monday, December 18, 2023

                        Time: 5:30 P.M.

                        Place of Meeting: Bogalusa Courtroom.

  2. RECOGNITION AND AWARDS: NONE
  3. ADOPTIONS OF RESOLUTIONS:

A RESOLUTION to request an opinion from the Attorney General from the State of Louisiana relating to Public Record Request with watermarks. (Introduced by Councilwoman Kates).

A RESOLUTION for the City of Bogalusa Police Department Cost Savings and Reform Board. (Introduced by Councilman Keys).

A RESOLUTION for the City of Bogalusa Transparency and Documentation Board. (Introduced by Councilwoman Smith).

  1. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES:

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the mayor to enter into an Emergency Contract with Clean Cut Waterworks, LLC., for a six-inch collapsed water main. (Introduced by Councilman Irvine).

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to enter into a Lease Agreement with Washington Parish Council on Aging. (Introduced by Councilwoman Kates).

AN ORDINANCE to repeal an amendment by Mayor Truong to the Council agenda as it relays to an introduction to the City of Bogalusa Water Bill Plan Ordinance, to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (Introduced by Councilwoman Kates).

AN ORDINANCE for the City of Bogalusa Customer’s Water Bill Payment Plan. (Introduced by Councilwoman Kates).

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Bogalusa and the Washington Parish Government for use of equipment and other matters per the written Agreement attached for 2024. (Introduced by Vice-President Douglas).

AN ORDINANCE for the City of Bogalusa Airport Animal Restriction. Introduced by President Kellis).

AN ORDINANCE for the City of Bogalusa Airport Hangar Occupation Prohibition. (Introduced by Councilwoman Keys).

AN ORDINANCE amending Section 21-83 Zoning Code setting a minimum square footage of requirement of all residential homes within the City of Bogalusa. (Introduced by Councilwoman Smith).

AN ORDINANCE to authorize the mayor to give members of the Bogalusa Fire Department a pay increase. (Introduced by Councilwoman Keys).

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bogalusa to enter into a Card Processing Merchant Agreement with World Fuel Services, Inc., for Card Processing Services at the City of Bogalusa George R. Carr Memorial Airport. (Introduced by Councilwoman Temples).
