Ben’s Ford Christian School’s Nate Descant and Jonah Holston both hit the 20-point mark in a 76-47 victory over Franklin Academy in the first round of the South State Tournament at Wilkinson County Christian Academy on Tuesday.

Descant led the way with 24 points.

Holston posted 20.

Jonah Williams tallied 10.

Ein Knight had nine.

Gage Adams recorded three.

Jakob Robichaux, Ezra Nobles and Caden Pajak all had two.

Ben’ Ford’s next game will be against Providence Classical Academy at WCCA on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Providence had a bye in the first round.
