Bowling Green wins against Columbia Academy

Bowling Green School’s boys basketball captured a 49-36 victory over Columbia Academy in a home game that was held on Thursday.

R.J. Hart led Bowling Green in points with 14 on 6-of-11 from the field. Hart made two 3-pointers, grabbed a rebound, dished out two assists, made a steal and blocked a shot.

Zeke Burford tallied 12 points on 4-of-7 from the field with five rebounds, an assist and three steals.

Weston Bush posted seven points that included a 3-pointer, a rebound, an assist and a steal.

Preston Jarrell recorded six points on two 3-pointers to go with an assist and a steal.

Hunter Thomas logged six points, five boards, two assists, two steals and two blocked shots.

Dray Killingsworth had two points, three rebounds, two assists and a steal.

Tucker Pittman had two points and two boards.

Camrin Seal tallied four rebounds and an assist.

Bowling Green School’s next game will be Jan. 27 against Silliman Institute on the road.
