Bowling Green School’s boys basketball team was defeated by Silliman Institute, 50-44, at home on Tuesday, despite a double-double from Hunter Thomas.
Thomas scored 20 points and pulled down 10 rebounds, while dishing out an assist and blocking a shot.
Zeke Burford tallied nine points that included a 3-pointer along with seven boards, two assists, four steals and a blocked shot.
Dray Killingsworth recorded six points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Weston Bush had four points that included a 3-pointer with a rebound, four assists and a steal.
Preston Jarrell posted three points on a 3-pointer and a rebound.
Camrin Seal tallied two points and a rebound.
Bowling Green’s next game will be on Jan. 17 against Brookhaven Academy on the road.
