Franklinton defeated in close games at the Lakeshore Tournament

Franklinton came up short in its three games at the 2022 Lakeshore Tournament that was held Monday through Wednesday.
On Monday, Franklinton was defeated by Fontainebleau, 56-55.
R.J. Hart led Franklinton with 19 points that included three 3-pointers.
Darrel Harvey and Jaiden Garrett both recorded nine. Harvey made three 3-pointers.
Kobie McCormick posted seven.
Amarie Conerly tallied three points on a 3-pointer.
Tradell Causey, Jackson Dorsett and N’Jyran Williams all had two.
Sy Austin posted one.
On Tuesday, Franklinton was topped by Mandeville, 52-41 in overtime.
Conerly and McCormick both recorded nine to lead Franklinton. Conerly hit three 3-pointers.
Garrett posted eight points.
Hart, Senqualon Conerly and Causey all had four. Conerly made a 3-pointer.
Harvey scored three points on a 3-pointer.
Franklinton’s final game of the tournament was a 51-45 loss to Slidell on Wednesday.
McCormick paced the Demons with 14 points that included a 3-pointer.
Hart and Williams both tallied 10. Hart made a 3-pointer.
Garrett posted five.
Harvey, Causey and Amarie Conerly all had two.
Franklinton’s next game is Nov. 28 against Kentwood on the road.
