Varnado Junior High School eighth grader Jhyren Pigott was the New Orleans Saints Junior Captain for the game against Seattle on Oct. 9 at the Caesar Superdome. According to Varnado High School’s Facebook Page, Pigott was nominated for having the highest test scores in his class. Pigott (left) is standing next to his mother Jessica Hardge.
