(Gr., G – Houston, Texas)

Mavericks graduate student guard David Azore averaged 27 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3 assists to lead UTA to a road split with ULM and Louisiana. The Houston, Texas, native poured in 29 points in a 74-71 loss at ULM, before dropping 25 in an 80-77 overtime win at Louisiana. That victory gave UTA a season sweep of the Ragin’ Cajuns for just the second time in program history (1981).
