Fellow Sun Belt alumni contributed an additional 16 tackles, three tackles for loss and two quarterback hits on defense and special teams. App State product Ronald Blair of the New York Jets (2 Tackles, 2 TFLs) and Coastal Carolina alum Tarron Jackson of the Philadelphia Eagles (1 Tackle, 1 TFLs) provided the tackles for loss, while Arkansas State alumnus Demario Davis of the New Orleans Saints (4 Tackles, 2 Quarterback Hits) had the two quarterback hits.

Defensive back Josh Norman (Coastal Carolina, San Francisco 49ers), defensive back Kindle Vildor (Georgia Southern, Chicago Bears), wide receiver Penny Hart (Georgia State, Seattle Seahawks), defensive lineman Christian Ringo (Louisiana, New Orleans Saints) and linebacker David Mayo (Texas State, Washington Football Team) also recorded tackles.

Louisiana alum and San Francisco 49ers running back Elijah Mitchell led the way offensively with the fifth touchdown of his rookie campaign, to go along with 66 rushing and 18 receiving yards. Georgia Southern product and Buffalo Bills running back Matt Breida accumulated 35 all-purpose yards.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Albert Wilson out of Georgia State (4 Receptions, 26 Yards) and Seattle Seahawks tight end Gerald Everett out of South Alabama (4 Receptions, 7 Yards) each had four catches on the week.

On special teams, former App State punter Sam Martin tallied 160 yards on three punts for the Denver Broncos. Former Georgia Southern kickers Tyler Bass of the Buffalo Bill and Younghoe Koo of the Atlanta Falcons went 2-for-3 on field goal attempts and 3-for-3 on extra points.

Colby Gossett (App State, Atlanta Falcons), Raymond Johnson III (Georgia Southern, New York Giants), Justin Hamilton (Louisiana, Dallas Cowboys), Robert Hunt (Louisiana, Miami Dolphins), Derrick Gore (ULM, Kansas City Chiefs), Ty Nsekhe (Texas State, Dallas Cowboys) and Mario Addison (Troy, Buffalo Bills) also took the field in Week 13.

Forty-nine Sun Belt alumni—representing all 10 football programs—earned NFL roster spots entering the 2021 season, with 30 on active rosters, 12 on 16-man practice squads and five on injured reserve lists during Week 13. Twenty-three Sun Belt alumni appeared, while five had bye weeks in Week 13.
