Coastal Carolina’s Rudi Williams earns the Sun Belt Men’s Basketball Player of the Week honor after leading the Chanticleers to back-to-back victories.

Chanticleers senior guard Rudi Williams averaged 24.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game as Coastal Carolina posted victories over South Carolina, 80-56, and Winthrop, 74-64. The Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, native shot .739 (17-of-23) from the field, including a perfect 5-for-5 on three-point attempts. Williams registered a season-high six assists against South Carolina and posted a season-high 30 points and 10 rebounds for his first double-double of his senior campaign versus Winthrop.
