Lady Eagles go to 2-0 with win over Our Lady Academy

Ben’s Ford Christian School’s Lady Eagles trailed by eight at halftime, but cut the deficit by the end of the third quarter and completed the comeback in a 44-41 victory over Our Lady Academy on the road Tuesday in basketball.

After being down by eight at halftime, Ben’s Ford outscored Our Lady Academy, 15-11, in the third and then 13-7 in the fourth for the win.

Ashlyn Dantin paced Ben’s Ford with 17 points.

Natalie Seal posted 10.

Noel Martin had nine.

Sylvia Rosa tallied six.

Laci Branch recorded two in the win.

Ben’s Ford is 2-0.

Ben’s Ford Christian School’s next game will take place on Thursday,  Nov. 18 against Centreville Academy at home.
