Mr. George Jackson, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away Nov. 8, 2021, at the age of 70.

Mr. Jackson is survived by his children, Cory Jackson of Walker, Blake Jackson of Kentucky, Karissa Jackson of Bend, Ore., and Patricia Newton of Georgia; and one step-daughter, Susan Camp. Mr. Jackson is also survived by his two brothers, Charles Jackson of Bogalusa, and Michael (Pamela) Jackson of Bogalusa; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his wife, Martha “Rita” Jackson; and his parents, Tommie and Pearl Jackson.

A private service will be held at a later date with Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
