The Southeastern Louisiana University men’s golf team returned to the course Monday morning at the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate at the Ridge Pointe Country Club (par 72 – 6,565 yards) with the opening round beginning at 8:15 a.m.

The tournament, hosted by Arkansas State, includes 17 teams with 95 players, including SLU and fellow Southland member New Orleans. The field also includes former Southland members Central Arkansas and Stephen F. Austin.

Southeastern will be represented by five players led by Logan Kuehn. The senior, who injured his right hand in the second round of the Lone Star Invitational, returns to the Lions’ lineup after having six stiches following a swing where his club broke in mid-swing.

Cameron Mobley, Grant Glorioso, Sam Tarpley and Kris Kerr will also be in action Monday and Tuesday at Ridge Pointe.

The Lions will be playing the first and second rounds Monday with the tournament concluding Tuesday morning with the final 18 of the 54-hole tournament.

Live stats of the tournament will be available with links at the Southeastern Golf schedule page at LionSports.Net
