Courtney Marten, ULM
(Jr., Collinsville, Ill.)
Warhawks’ junior forward Courtney Marten charted the seventh hat trick in school history and finished with four goals on the week as ULM improved to 5-0-0 for the first time in program history. Impressively, Marten came off the bench in both matches. She totaled three goals in Friday’s 7-0 win against Alcorn, scoring in the 45th minute and then back-to-back in the 68th and 70th minutes. In Sunday’s 6-1 victory at Southern, Marten scored the final goal, coming in the 74th minute. She leads her team with five goals on the season.
Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
