Franklinton’s Brylie Fowler had a solid game in a 9-2 victory over Lakeshore in a District 9-4A game on the road Thursday.

Fowler posted three hits in as many at-bats with a triple, four runs batted in and two runs scored.

Ashlyn Welch singled twice and scored three runs.

Albanie Fussell singled, doubled and drove in three runs.

Khristian Schexnider tallied a hit with two runs scored and an RBI.

Missouri Varnado and Caylin Turnage singled and scored a run.

Aleigha Fussell singled.

Aleigha Fussell pitched a complete game, allowing no earned runs on five hits with eight strikeouts and a walk.

Franklinton is 16-8 overall and 6-0 in league play. The Lady Demons are sixth in the unofficial LHSAA Class 4A power point rankings.
