Bogalusa’s Lady Jacks won one of four recent games that took place on Feb. 5 and last Monday through Wednesday.
On Feb. 5, Bogalusa suffered a 68-21 loss to Albany in a District 8-3A contest on the road.
Ladericka Payne topped Bogalusa with five points.
Tamerical Peters, Mary Ladner and Deranique Lee all had four.
Tamaya Crumedy and Caitlyn Holloway tallied two points each.
Albany is the top ranked team in the unofficial LHSAA Class 3A powerpoint rankings.
Last Monday’s game was a 48-29 setback to Brusly on the road in non-district action.
Peters led Bogalusa with 16 points. Ladner posted six points. Lee had five, and Payne tallied two.
Brusly is the fourth-ranked team in the unofficial LHSAA Class 3A powerpoint rankings.
Last Tuesday, Bogalusa was defeated by Loranger, 44-38, in District 8-3A play at home.
Peters was Bogalusa’s leading scorer with 21 points. Lee tallied seven, and Payne had four. Ladner, Holloway and Mariah Myles all had two.
Last Wednesday, Bogalusa won 48-45 over Jewel Sumner in a District 8-3A game on the road.
Peters scored 11 points to top the Lady Jacks.
Payne and Ladner posted nine each.
