Pine’s Arceneaux wins his weight class in meet

Pine’s Braeden Arceneaux captured his weight class in the Central Catholic High School Invitational that took place on Saturday.

Arceneaux won the 114-pound weight class after lifting a total of 680 pounds of weight. Arceneaux squatted 260, benched 120 and deadlifted 300. Central Catholic’s Drake Rock was second at 545.

Arceneaux will compete again on Saturday at the Salmen High School Invitational. That meet also features Bogalusa and Franklinton.
