Pine’s Raiders were defeated by Kentwood and Amite in District 9-2A games that were held on Jan. 22 and Tuesday.

Both games were on the road.

The Jan. 22 game against Kentwood was 46-27.

Will Hollywood tallied eight points to lead Pine. He made a 3-pointer.

Kendall Fountain recorded seven points that included two 3-pointers.

Khalil Washington posted five points.

John Eric Self, Luke Spears and Michael Dupre all tallied two.

Adrianuen Johnson had one point.

Tuesday’s game was a 62-47 setback to Amite.

Johnson posted 20 points to top Pine. He made a 3-pointer.

Spears recorded 11 points that included a 3-pointer.

Hollywood tallied four.

Washington and Braeden Arceneaux had three each.

Fountain posted one point.

Pine’s next game will take place on Jan. 29 at home against Varnado.
