Delois Harry was born Sept. 2, 1953, to the late Delois Robinson and Gertrude Harry Robinson; he transitioned to his eternal home on Friday, May 22, 2020, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.

Delois was a member of Live Oak Baptist Church, a graduate of Wesley Ray High School Class of 1972 and a truck driver for may years.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: brothers, James (Gwen) Dillon and Reginald (Deidre) Robinson, both of New Orleans, Morris L. Jefferson of Angie, and Dionell (Allison) Young of Alexandria; sisters, Denise (Beven) Robinson of Angie, and Demetris (Lorenzo) Rayford of Franklinton; two special aunts, Pauline Torrence of Bogalusa and Earnestine Davis of Angie; a special niece, Monica Mixon of Covington; a special cousin who’s been with him in his last days, Ruth Bickam; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by wife, Betty Harry; four brothers, Jerome Robinson, Haven Lewis, Joey Robinson and Danny Robinson; and one sister, Sherily Harry Peters.

Drive-thru visitation was on Friday, May 29, from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Crain & Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa. The funeral service will be Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m. at Crain & Sons Funeral Home, with Deacon Derrick Peters officiating.

Interment will be in Live Oak Cemetery in Angie.
