COURTESY PHOTO High school athletes competing in spring sports had their seasons cancelled because of COVID-19. The athletes affected by this the most are the seniors, as this is their final year of getting an opportunity to play high school sports. Washington Parish has high school teams in spring sports that include baseball, softball, track/field, golf and tennis.Besides the spring sports, powerlifting state qualifiers also had their chances to win a state title cancelled.
