Ben’s Ford played in Silliman Tournament

Ben’s Ford Christian School’s Eagles suffered losses to Cathedral Unit School and CHEF of Baton Rouge in the 2019 Silliman Invitational Basketball Tournament that took place Dec. 27-28.
The game against Cathedral Unit School was 60-42 on Dec. 27.
A.J. Exkano led the Eagles with 15 points. He also grabbed three rebounds.
John Eric Self missed a double-double by just a rebound, going for 12 points and nine boards, along with an assist and three steals.
John Robert Holston posted six points, five rebounds and three steals.
Jonah Holston had five points, two rebounds and three steals.
Nate Descant posted four points and two boards.
Cameron Bullen pulled down five rebounds.
The next day was a 63-44 loss to CHEF.
Exkano posted 15 points, seven boards and four steals, and he blocked two shots.
Self was just a point and board away from a double-double after recording nine points and nine rebounds. He also blocked a shot.
John Robert Holston had nine points, three boards and two steals.
Descant tallied nine points and two rebounds.
Jonah Holston recorded two points, a rebound, an assist and four steals.
Bullen had three rebounds and an assist.
Ben’s Ford’s next game will take place Monday at home against Amite School Center.
