Lady Eagles go 1-1 in games held Thursday, Friday

Ben’s Ford Christian School’s Lady Eagles split games against Lamar Christian School and Laurel Christian School in contests played Thursday and Friday.
In Thursday’s 48-21 home loss to Lamar Christian, Lindsey McGehee topped the Lady Eagles in scoring with nine points. She also pulled down three rebounds.
Alaina McClelland tallied seven points, two rebounds, a pair of assists and a steal.
Bailey Stewart posted two points, two boards and a steal.
Natalie Seal had two points and one rebound.
Kelci Freeman recorded one point, five boards and a two steals.
Dani Descant pulled down six rebounds, made a steal and she blocked a shot, while Allie Jacobs, Kimberly Stogner and Jules Morelock all had a pair of rebounds.
The next day was a 50-15 victory over Laurel Christian School on the road, as Freeman had a big day, going for 27 points, five rebounds and five steals.
McClelland had 11 points, two rebounds and two steals.
McGehee posted five points, five boards and three steals.
Descant recorded three points, a rebound and three steals.
Stewart put up two points along with three rebounds, two assists and four steals.
Sylvia Rosa had two points, two rebounds and two steals.
Jacobs pulled down six rebounds, while Breanna Jones and Anna Robicheaux had one each.
Ben’s Ford will be back in action on Thursday, when the Lady Eagles travel to Prentiss Christian School.
