Mt. Hermon School’s Michquel Spears scored 20 points and Travell Brumfield nearly posted a triple-double in a 78-46 win over Franklinton on the road Tuesday.
Brumfield recorded a double-double, missing a triple-double by just two assists after having 18 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.
Tristan Brumfield recorded 12 points.
Tevin Williams posted 11 points.
Keondre Bunch tallied six points while Rashad Oatis and JaQuarrian Alexander posted three each and Jordan Harrison put up two.
Cameron Stewart led Franklinton with 13 points.
Albert Brohaw posted 10.
Corinthious Dickerson tallied eight points while Avant Monnie posted six and Jakob McCormich and Stacy Ard had two each.
Both teams play on Nov. 23.
Mt. Hermon competes in its tournament today while Franklinton travels to face Jesuit.
