Franklinton’s Kassidy Nielson set a single-game school in goals during a 7-1 victory over Pine in Tuesday’s 2019-20 season opener on the road.
Nielson netted six goals for the Lady Demons. One of the goals came on a corner kick by Kayla Barclay.
Brianna Bryant scored a goal off of a free kick in the win.
Franklinton coach Drew Brooks said it was a good team effort and that everybody contributed.
Ateria Williams scored a goal for the Lady Raiders.
Franklinton is back in action on Nov. 25 against Hammond on the road.
