Franklinton’s Lady Demons went 1-2 this week in volleyball in games held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Franklinton defeated Varnado, 25-6, 25-4, 25-9 in a game that took place on Monday at VHS.
Two days later, Franklinton was defeated by Covington, 25-6, 25-12, 25-10 on the road.
Those two matches were non-district games.
On Thursday, Franklinton was defeated by Salmen, 25-17, 25-7, 25-19 in a District 5-II match at home.
The Lady Demons have one regular season game left, which will take place at home Monday against Varnado.
