Pine and Albany scored a pair of touchdowns in a scrimmage that took place Thursday at Pine.
“I thought both teams got good work,” Pine coach Bradley Seal said.
Each teams’ first and second string players scored a touchdown each.
“I thought there was a lot of good things,” Seal said. “I thought we got kind of tired toward the end. We’ve gotta be in better condition.”
Pine scored touchdowns on a pass from Logan Temples to Jordan Anderson on a 16-yard pass and Cam Brown had a 1-yard run for the scoring.
Defensively, Adrianuen Johnson and Demontre Baham intercepted a pass each for the Raiders.
“Offensively, early on, I liked the way we ran the football,” Seal said. “Jaheim (Williams) had several good runs early on. Defensively, I thought we got good pressure on the quarterback.”
Pine is back in action on Friday in the Our Lady of Angels Hospital Washington Parish Jamboree.
The Raiders will play in the first game against Franklinton at 6 p.m. The next game is Bogalusa and Varnado. Teams will play two 15-minute quarters.
