Franklinton’s boys and girls tennis teams were defeated by Northlake Christian School in Tuesday’s road matches.
The boys lost 2-0.
Colby Creel was defeated, 6-0, 6-2, by Gabe Smith.
The doubles team of Chase Sheridan/Colton Sanders were topped by Lundon Hildalgo/Luke Smitherson, 6-4, 6-2.
The girls were defeated 3-2.
The Lady Demons on won a singles and a doubles match.
Gabby Webb defeated Christine Lirette, 6-2, 6-3.
The doubles’ team of Taylor Cosse/Morgan Mills won their match, 6-4, 6-4.
Tvone Tran lost to Sophie Cramond, 6-2, 6-0.
The doubles team of Mackenzie Angelo/Abby Thomas were defeated by Kailyn Smith/Serenity Stroud, 6-4, 4-6, 10-6.
Karina Angelo/Laken Watson were topped 6-2, 6-4 by Tamyra Otkino/Kate Fassler.
Franklinton plays in the regionals that is hosted by St. Michael the Archangel on Monday.
