Pair of Bogalusa Little League events coming up
Bogalusa Little League has two events coming up in the next few weeks.
Opening day has been moved to Saturday, April 13.
Opening day begins at 9 a.m. at the Avenue U Ballpark.
On Friday, April 12, the group is holding a fundraiser.
The menu is grilled chicken and a loaded potato that will be served from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The cost is $10.

Lewis V. Murray Memorial Golf Tournament takes place in May
The inaugural Lewis V. Murray Memorial Golf Tournament takes place on Saturday, May 11 at the Bogalusa Country Club.
The event helps benefit the Bogalusa High School football team.
The two-person scramble costs $200 per team.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the event gets under way at 8 a.m.
Lunch will be provided.
Sponsorship packages are between $100 and $500.
