Bowling Green School’s boys and girls golf teams captured the Waynesboro Tournament and Taylor Jarrell won top individual honors at Monday’s event.
Jarrell tallied a 102 for the round. She was followed by teammates Madison Lott and Kami Passman.
In the boys, Mitchell Lott tied for second place with an 84. He has qualified for the South State Tournament that takes place May 2 in Laurel, Miss.
Teammate Reese Dillon posted an 86 and Peyton Sumrall carded a 96.
Bowling Green’s teams competed at the Franklinton Country Club on March 20.
The girls won that event and the boys were second.
Bowling Green is back in action on Monday in Natchez, Miss.
