Trio of Bogalusa Little League events coming up
Bogalusa Little League has three events coming up in the next few weeks.
On Saturday, March 23, the group is holding a coaching clinic from noon to 2 p.m. at the Avenue U Ballpark.

The little league’s opening day has been moved from Saturday, March 30 to Saturday, April 6.
Opening day begins at 9 a.m. at the Avenue U Ballpark.
On Friday, April 12, the group is holding a fundraiser.
The menu is grilled chicken and a loaded potato that will be served from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The cost is $10.

Lewis V. Murray Memorial Golf Tournament takes place in May
The inaugural Lewis V. Murray Memorial Golf Tournament takes place on Saturday, May 11 at the Bogalusa Country Club to help benefit the Bogalusa High School football team.
The two-person scramble costs $200 per team.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the event gets under way at 8 a.m.
