Pine competed in the St. Thomas Aquinas-Judy Baehr Relays that took place on March 8 at Walker.
Pine’s 4×100 relay team was seventh with a time of 1 minute, 5 seconds. The team featured Destiny Menard, Jaden Story, Krysten Turnage and Nadia Jung. Mandeville won in 52.21 seconds.
Pine was the only Washington Parish team in the meet.
Jung and Krysten Turnage were 16th and 24th in the 200 meters, with times of 31.50 and 38.39. St. Thomas Aquinas’ Breanna Becerra topped the event in 26.16.
Menard and Story ran 19th and 21st in the 400, with times of 1:36.13 and 1:36.84. Becerra ran the event in 58.89 for the win.
Lauren Richardson was 19th in the 800, with a time of 4:32. Mandeville’s Dabney Howard won in 2:28.
Jung and Krysten Turnage were 20th and 25th in the 100, with times of 14.90 and 17.45. Becerra won in 12.80.
