On Monday, Franklinton defeated Pine, 11-6, as Ashlyn Ard had a big game.

Kiersten Allen singled twice, drove in three runs and scored a run.
Brylie Fowler had two hits, including a double with two runs scored and a pair of RBIs.

The Lady Demons jumped out to a 7-0 lead through four innings. St. Thomas Aquinas scored three runs in the fifth inning, but Franklinton answered with three of its own in its half of the fifth to make it 10-3 before adding one more in the sixth. St. Thomas Aquinas tallied three in the seventh for the 11-6 final.
Ard continued to hit well, going 2-for-4 with two doubles, an RBI and three runs scored.
Fowler recorded two hits, including a double, two runs batted in and two runs scored.
Aleigha Fussell tallied two hits and an RBI.
Welch singled, drove in a run and scored a pair of runs.
