Ben’s Ford, Bowling Green competing in South State

Ben’s Ford Christian School and Bowling Green School will be playing in their respective South State Tournaments this week.
Bowling Green is competing in the Class AAA South State Tournament, which began yesterday and runs through Saturday, at Columbia Academy.
The top four teams will advance to the Class AAA Tournament.
Bowling Green’s boys team, which captured the District 4AAA Championship, will open play on Thursday at 5:15 p.m. against the winner of Park Place Christian Academy and Cathedral Unit School. That game took place yesterday.
The winner of that game will play the victor of Central Private and either Riverfield Academy or Wayne Academy.
The girls team began play yesterday against Park Place Christian Academy. The winner will face Adams County Christian School tomorrow at 6:30 p.m.
The South State Class AA Tournament is being held at Brookhaven Academy. The top four teams will move on to the Class AA Tournament.
Ben’s Ford Christian School’s boys opened play last night against Prairie View Academy. The winner will take on Brookhaven Academy tomorrow at 7:45 p.m.
The girls team started play yesterday evening with a game against Prairie View Academy. The victor will face Brookhaven Academy tomorrow at 6:30 p.m.
