Franklinton tops Lakeshore on Friday

Franklinton used balanced scoring to defeat Lakeshore, 57-53, in District 8-4A competition at home Friday.
Five players tallied points for the Demons.
Kian Conerly led the way with 16 points for Franklinton. He made a pair of 3-pointers.
Lorenzo Hart posted 13 points and he made three 3-pointers.
T.Y. Pope recorded 11 points and he hit a 3-pointer.
Albert Browhaw put up 10 points that included a 3-pointer.
Avant Monnie tallied seven points in the victory for the Demons.
