Bogalusa Lady Jacks go 1-1 earlier this week

Bogalusa’s Lady Jacks went 1-1 in games held earlier this week.
Both games were on the road.
On Monday, Bogalusa defeated Mt. Hermon, 47-39.
Three players were in double digits for Bogalusa. Ta’niya Brown led the way with 16 points, Prayja Bickham posted 14 points, and Deranique Lee recorded 12 points for the Lady Jacks.
Dinasia Harris added five points in the victory.
Kalei Hughes led all scorers with 19 points that included three 3-pointers.
Sikoya Jackson posted 14 points and hit a pair of threes.
Bailey Fortenberry recorded three points while Sydnei Tullos had two and A’Morrell Williams added one. Fortenberry hit a 3-pointer.
The following day, Bogalusa lost to KIPP Booker T. Washington, 48-25.
Brown and Chloe Foster scored seven points each for Bogalusa.
Lee posted six while Bickham had three and Harris added two.
Bogalusa concludes play in the Franklinton Tournament today and hosts Varnado on Tuesday.
Mt. Hermon concludes play in the Jewel Sumner Tournament at 4:10 p.m. against Northeast on Dec. 1. The Yellow Jackets are back in action with a road game against St. Scholastica Academy on Monday.
None of the games that are recapped are part of any tournaments.
