Ben’s Ford defeats Prentiss Christian School, comes up short to Central Private School

Ben’s Ford Christian School’s Eagles defeated Prentiss Christian School, but were topped by Central Private School in games earlier this week.
The Eagles soared past Prentiss Christian School, 66-29, at home Tuesday.
Dalton Crain and John Robert Holston tied for the team lead in points with 11 points each. Crain pulled down five rebounds, dished out two assists and made two steals. Holston grabbed four boards and made three steals.
Jarrett Williams posted eight points, three rebounds, an assist and a steal.
A.J. Exkano tallied eight points, two rebounds and three steals.
Tyler Winstead recorded six points, five rebounds, three assists, two steals and he blocked a shot.
Tucker Keating put up six points, four rebounds and he made four steals.
Isaac Wascom totaled six points, a rebound an assist and he had three steals.
Chase Penton recorded four points, grabbed five rebounds and made two steals.
Alston Moore had four points, four boards, two assists and four steals.
John Eric Self posted two points, four boards and a steal.
Justin Moore grabbed a rebound and made two steals while Xavier Adams pulled down a pair of rebounds and made a steal and Clint Miley had a steal in the victory.
Ben’s Ford came up just short in a 57-56 loss to Central Private School on the road Tuesday.
Crain led the team in points with 23. Crain also grabbed four rebounds, dished out an assist and he blocked a shot.
Keating recorded 13 points, four rebounds, four steals and an assist.
Jarvis Dawson made a run at a triple-double. Dawson posted 11 points, eight rebounds and seven assists to with three steals.
Winstead once again filled up the stat sheet with eight points, five boards, two steals and he blocked two shots.
Wascom had a point, a rebound and three assists.
Exkano recorded a rebound and three assists while Williams grabbed a rebound and Alston Moore blocked two shots.
Ben’s Ford Christian School will be back in action on Tuesday with a home game against Bowling Green School.
