Lumberjacks open this year with 1-1 record

Bogalusa’s Lumberjacks split the first two games of the 2018-19 season with a loss to Mandeville on Tuesday, Nov. 13 and a victory over Amite on Thursday.
Both games were road contests.
T.J. Peyton led the Lumberjacks with 11 points.
The Lumberjacks topped Amite, 65-63.
Four players hit double figures for Bogalusa, led by Demarcus Spikes who recorded 15 points.
Quientay Henry posted 14 points, Chance Turner scored 12 points, and John Downey added 10 points in the victory.
