Bowling Green falls in both games of tournament

Bowling Green’s Lady Buccaneers went 0-2 in the East Rankin Academy Tournament to begin the season.
The first contest was a 60-33 loss to Leake Academy on Monday, Oct. 29.
Bailey Duvall was the Lady Bucs’ leading scorer with eight points. She had four rebounds, two assists and a steal.
Callie Seal tallied seven points, three rebounds and two steals. Seal hit a 3-pointer.
Hope Crowe recorded six points on a pair of 3-pointers and she pulled down a pair rebounds.
Allie McCain had four points, six rebounds and three assists.
KaKa Seal recorded eight points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal.
Kyley Seals put up two points and a rebound.
Bridget Devall added one point, four boards and four steals.
Allie Schilling dished out an assist and had a steal while Lacie Prnton pulled down a rebound.
Last Thursday, Bowling Green came up short to East Rankin Academy, 50-46.
Callie Seal led the Lady Bucs in points with 24 on 9-of-15 shooting and she hit all three of her 3-point attempts. Seal posted pulled down five rebounds and made two steals.
Seals posted nine points, three rebounds, three assists and four steals. She was 5-of-6 in free throws.
Crowe scored four points.
McCain and Devall scored three points each.
McCain grabbed three boards to go with three assists and a steal. Devall recorded three rebounds, an assist and a steal.
KaKa Seal posted two points.
Duvall added one point, one rebound, two assists and five steals.
