Pine and Jewel Sumner competed in a scrimmage that took place Friday on the road.
The Raiders scored one touchdown and allowed two.
Pine’s touchdown came on a 23-yard touchdown pass from Logan Temples to Jordan Anderson.
Defensively, Pine recovered a pair of fumbles, with Drake Westmoreland and Jonkez Dillon recovering one each.
The teams ran series of plays, with the first, second and third stringers getting playing time. The event was capped off with a 12-minute period that had a running clock.
The stats were by the starters.
“I was really happy with the way we threw the ball,” Pine coach Bradley Seal said. “Logan Leger and Jordan each had big games. We never really got the ground game going. We couldn’t run it too good, but we threw it well. Defensively, very inconsistent. At times, we looked good and at times we struggled.”
Pine is hosting the Washington Parish Jamboree on Friday and will play against Bogalusa in the second game. The first game begins at 6 p.m.
