Foster solid in win

Otha Foster III had a solid night in B.C.’s 31-23 come-from-behind victory over the Edmonton Eskimos at home Thursday night.
The 2006 Varnado High School graduate made four tackles. He also got the trifecta on a play in the fourth quarter. With his team up, 21-20, Foster sacked the quarterback, forced a fumble and recovered it at Edmonton’s 8. B.C. scored on the first play from scrimmage after the turnover to go head, 27-20, after the 2-point conversion pass was incomplete.
B.C. trailed 20-10 at halftime, but scored 17 unanswered points to take the 27-20 lead.
The teams exchanged field goals and B.C. added a single late in the fourth quarter to cap off the scoring at 31-23.
B.C. moves to 3-4 this season. Edmonton is 5-3.
Up next for B.C. is a game against the Toronto Argonauts next Saturday. Toronto is 2-5.
