Several Bowling Green players are all-district

Several Bowling Green’s Lady Buccaneers were named all-district in the 4-AAA league.
The first-team players are Cailee Fruge, Hallie Robertson, Callie Seal and Kyley Seal.
Bowling Green has one second-team player in Allie McCain.
This season, Bowling Green was second in the South State Tournament after being defeated by Hillcrest Christian School, 49-29. The Lady Bucs advanced to the Class AAA Tournament before coming up short to North Delta, 52-48, in the opening round.
Hillcrest Christian School lost in the first round of the Class AAA Tournament, 61-43, to Starkville Academy. North Delta reached the second of the Class AAA Tournament before falling to eventual Class AAA and Overall Tournament runner up Leake Academy, 53-34.
