Franklinton’s Lady Demons suffered an 11-1 loss in five innings to Albany in Wednesday’s road game to close out the regular season.
Franklinton led 1-0 through three innings, but Albany tied the game in the fourth and then scored 10 runs in the fifth for the win.
The Lady Demons were limited to two hits.
Ashlyn Ard and Brylie Fowler tallied a hit each. Both were doubles. Ard scored a run and Bailey Brooks posted an RBI.
