Trio of locals compete in All-Star Games

Three local players competed in the MAIS All-Star Games at Jackson Prep in Mississippi on March 9.
Ben’s Ford Christian School’s Kameron Underwood, along with Bowling Green’s Connor Comeaux and Hallie Robertson, combined to play in three of the four all-star games that day.
Games featured two 20-minute halves and it was the Red versus the White.
Underwood played for the Red Team in the Class A/AA Boys’ game.
Underwood nearly recorded a double-double. He went for 18 points and eight rebounds along with an assist and a steal in 15 minutes, 24 seconds of action.
He was part of a 111-97 victory.
Robertson competed for the White Team in the Girls’ AAA/AAAA contest.
Robertson recorded three points, a rebound and she blocked two shots in 16:07 of playing time.
Robertson was a member of the winning team, 62-50.
Comeaux played for the Red Team in the Boys’ AAA/AAAA All-Star Game. Comeaux posted two points, grabbed two rebounds and dished out an assist over 15:23 of playing time.
The White Team won the game, 89-79.
