Bowling Green’s Buccaneers defeated CHEF, 7-5, in its baseball opener at home Saturday.
Andy Bienvenu led the Buccaneers with three hits in three at bats with a double and a run batted in.
Cameron Bell posted two hits and an RBI and he stole two bases.
Grady Ball went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs.
James Taylor recorded two hits that included a double. Taylor was the winning pitcher.
