Varnado’s Lady Kittens suffered losses to St. Martin’s Episcopal and Independence last week.
On Tuesday, the Lady Kittens were defeated by St. Martin’s, 51-37, in District 8-1A play at home.
Jaden Foster led Varnado with 14 points.
Quierra Bickham posted eight points while Jamyra Bell recorded six, Jamonica Dillon had four, Brittany Smith was at three, Arian Foster tallied two and Destiny Keys added one. Dillon made a 3-pointer.
Varnado lost to Independence, 55-35, in non-district play the following day.
Jaden Foster was Varnado’s leading scorer with 17 points.
Bickham posted 15 and she hit three 3-pointers.
Smith tallied three on a 3-pointer.
