Franklinton’s Demons defeated Bogalusa, 71-52, in a road game that took place Friday.
T.Y. Pope led all scorers with 24 points, which included two 3-pointers for the Demons. Raisean Hart recorded 11 points and he hit a 3-pointer.
KeAndre Martin posted 12 points, with all of his successful shots coming from beyond the arc.
Kian Conerly and LaGarian Bell recorded six points each while Avant Monie had five and Rakerian Conerly added two in the victory. Bell, Kian Conerly and Monie all hit one 3-pointer for the Demons.
Chance Turner was Bogalusa’s leading scorer with 11 points. Turner was successful on a trio of 3-pointers.
Demarcus Spikes posted 10 and he recorded a one 3-pointer for the Lumberjacks.
Dianté Lenoir had nine while DaJuan Powell put up seven, Braedtrick Whittine tallied six, Charles Taylor recorded seven and Sylas McGowan added two. Powell hit a 3-pointer for the Lumberjacks.
