Mt. Hermon’s George Smith scored 16 points and dished out four assists in a 56-42 victory over Jewel Sumner at home Monday.
Tevin Williams posted 13 points.
Ike Tate had 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
Jordan Smith recorded eight points.
Device Taylor put up five points, 11 assists and five boards.
Za’Byeaus Holmes added two points in the victory.

Pine wins in double      overtime
Pine’s Savannah Kennedy scored 21 points to help the Lady Raiders to a 48-46 double overtime victory over Kentwood at home Monday.
Kelsey Jenkins tallied nine points.
McKayla Jordan posted seven points, while Raina Crosby and Alyssa Phelps scored three and Trayanna Williams and Jasmine Crosby posted two each. Kalli Tullier added one point in the win.

Franklinton falls to Plaquemine
Franklinton’s Lady Demons lost to Plaquemine, 52-42, in a road game that took place Monday.
Kaniya Dillon and Danaria Magee scored 11 points each to top the Lady Demons.
Addison Carter posted eight points while Miriam Tate, Jalyn Bickham and Shamya Hart all added four for Franklinton.
